This week is probably going to be a pretty good preview for next weeks episode. All the Google things leaked. Mostly.

 

Google:

 

- All the leaks! Daydream View, Google Home Mini, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, and the Pixelbook.

- Google spent a lot of money for HTC's best engineers.

- Bose QuietComfort 35 II headphones with Google Assistant officially available.

- Motorola changed their mind about the Moto G4.

- Android One is coming to the US in the Moto X4 for $399 on Project Fi.

- Nest announced a lot of new smart home and security products.

 

Apple:

- More thoughts on Face ID.

- iOS 11 is here for everything. Yay for updates!

- AR Kit is pretty cool. But it will get even better.

- Games and Apps are now separated in the App Store. Thankfully.

- Do Not Disturb while driving is awesome. Go turn it on. Now.

- DxO Mark gives the iPhone the new highest rated smartphone camera.

- Google is now the default in Siri and Spotlight. Sorry, Bing.

 

Microsoft:

- The Windows Store is now the Microsoft Store. Because that's not confusing.

- Microsoft Teams is eating Skype for Business.

- You can test out a Xbox One X at a Microsoft Store near you. No, not the one on you're computer.

 

Gaming:

- Minecraft is now cross play! Everywhere! Except Playstation. Freakin' Sony.

- New map on Overwatch.

- Indie spotlight of the week: Where the Goats Are, from itch.io.

- Bethesda is being awesome and porting a bunch of games to the Switch.

- Divinity: Original Sin 2 = pretty great.

- Super Mario Run is getting an update on September 29 and will be 50% off for a while as well.
